I might be wrong but as news is breaking of potentially Britain’s biggest ever industrial-scale child abuse scandal in Telford, but nothing on the BBC website that I could find.
Apparently, there have been around 1,000 girls reportedly drugged, raped and/or sexually abused over a 40 year period. The reports pointed to young girls once again being let down across the board, with those working for the local Council viewing abused children as prostitutes. There was also the usual politically correct nonsense when it came to abusers who were Asian.
But I can not find it on the BBC news website. I was there just before 5pm today 12th March 2018.
There are items on such impotent subjects as…
- Tattyfilarious: 17 of Ken Dodd’s best gags
- £23,000 Fintona ‘superloo’ to be replaced
- India’s gay prince opens his palace for LGBT community
- Girls’ guide to what a ‘normal’ vulva looks like
But I could not find any coverage of Britain’s biggest ever industrial-scale child abuse scandal.
Could it be politically correct nonsense when it came to abusers who were Asian?
