Unlawfully arrested for preaching in a Bristol street.

Michael Overd and Michael Stockwell were convicted this week (28 Feburary 2017) at Bristol Magistrates Court, of public order offences, for preaching the Bible in Bristol, England.

The public prosecutor claimed that quoting parts of the King James Bible in the context of modern British society “must be considered to be abusive and is a criminal matter”.
